HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel accommodations will be pre-arranged for all attendees from September 18th – 20th at the Westin Nashville. Alpine’s Events Team will share confirmation details with you prior to the event.
FLIGHTS
Each person is responsible for booking his/her own air travel or transportation. You can fly into Nashville International Airport (BNA)
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Each person is responsible for booking his/her own transportation to/from the airport. Uber or Lyft is the best way to get from the airport to the Westin.
EVENT ATTIRE
Meeting attire is business casual. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so we suggest bringing a jacket. Dinner attire is casual unless otherwise stated.
